This will be the third season on sidecars for the team and the second on this zx10r Kawasaki powered F1 machine. The bike is a European spec BLR monocoque chassis with many custom parts manufactured by Superlite in CNC formed billet aluminum.
Fran has raced most forms of motorsports in two and four wheel format…so three wheels was the next challenge.
Fran Hall is the owner and designer of Superlitecars and also Race Car Replicas, high end street , track and race car manufacturing based in Detroit, Michigan.
From the Isle of Man is was inevitable that racing was going to be in his blood. With a family history of racing such awesome bikes as the famous TZ750 and RG500’s and winning on the Isle of Man the die was certainly cast.
Moving to the USA in 1993 and setting up a custom motorcycle shop on arrival he eventually got hired away from his own business to work for GM on engine development and finally with the GM Indy car team in 2001/2002. Fran then left and opened RCR and has been designing, developing and building high end original design and replica 60’s Le Mans cars ever since.
